Ocean View at Cumberland Engineering Project

In 2018, we approved 52 units of residential housing and road and infrastructure to support them. The project is adjacent to the “Val Halla” golf course in Cumberland, Maine. The project included approvals from the Town of Cumberland and Maine DEP. This project included the crossing of two streams. Two Clamshell box culverts are being installed. The project began construction in September 2018 after receipt of permits.
