 Owner of Belanger Engineering since 2005, Mr. Belanger has been the lead engineer for 25 years on numerous commercial development projects. Mr. Belanger graduated from the University of Maine at Orono 1995 and immediately began working in the Brunswick and Topsham areas. As a local Engineer, Chris Belanger is familiar with local and state agency rules and regulations.

 We have completed projects in Towns across Maine, including Topsham, Falmouth, Cumberland, Yarmouth, Portland, Saco, Scarborough, Biddeford, Gardiner, and others. Mr. Belanger has also completed numerous projects involving approval from State agencies such as Maine DEP, Maine DOT, EPA, Army Corps of Engineers, and HUD. Work involved completing the necessary design plans for construction, stormwater management plans, erosion and sediment control plans, and roadway design.

Mr. Belanger developed design and construction plans in accordance with Town and State guidelines to obtain necessary approvals and monitor the project's construction.
